I’m Mostapha. I buy and sell names from Morocco. I have put a WordPress theme, three prices, and a chatbot on a name I hoped someone would buy. They bounced. A lander is not a site. It is a window: the string, that it is for sale, one ask, a way to answer. Score the letters first: Domain Value Checker. How we score. Leftovers do not get windows. They get dropped. Which room the number lives in: wholesale vs retail. The knock: first email.
What belongs on the glass
- The domain, large, spelled once.
- One sentence of use (“a short .com for a payments product”), not a novel.
- One price, or “make offer,” not both fighting. Inside a range you can defend: before you sell.
- A form or an email that actually arrives. MX for that mailbox.
- Escrow as the door, not a cousin: Escrow.com.
Marketplaces can be the window instead of DIY HTML: Dan.com and Afternic are shops. One shop. Five shops with five prices is how you look unhinged. History still: snapshots. A dirty past does not become a boutique because the CSS is cream.
Do not paste the checker. A buyer who cares will run zenpay.com themselves. A leftover like best-ai-tools-online.com should not have a lander at all. Three pastes: live valuations.

What to leave off
- A blog, ads, a “coming soon” countdown, a fake company.
- Your life story. That lives on About, not on the asset.
- Trademark dress-up. If the only buyer is the brand you resemble, you do not have a lander. You have a complaint: UDRP.
- Parking ads on a name you want a company to fall in love with. They will see junk. They will leave.
- Unlocking the name “to look ready.” Lock stays on until escrow says otherwise: security 101. Registrar lock is a status, not a vibe: ICANN Lookup.
Do not use the public hostname as a staging box. Break a copy, not the window: that older URL still says staging. Comps if you mention a number: NameBio. When the box was optimistic: when the checker is wrong.
Decision
Keeper → one window, one price, mail, escrow, lock. Leftover → no lander. If you need a theme to explain the name, the name is not doing the work. Keep the Google row. This is not a 2026 conversion funnel. It is a sign on a door.
